3 Day Detox Diet

Important Products to stay away from when on a Detox Diet:

As any other detox diet it's of

high importance to drink sufficient

amounts of water (a minimum of

2 litres = 4 pints /day ) and the use of

organic foods is strongly suggested.

You should also combine the

3 day detox diet with some gentle

exercise such as walks in the park,

yoga or swimming.

First Day

Breakfast: Homemade Cereals

Snack: A Fruit

Lunch: Avocado Salad

Snack: Smoothie

Dinner: Vegetable soup

(Desert: Dried fruit, nuts and seeds)

Second Day

Breakfast: Fresh Fruit and Herbal tea

Snack: Smoothie

Lunch: Crudities with homemade Hommous Dip

Snack: A Fruit

Dinner: Steamed Vegetables

Third Day

Breakfast: Porridge with Nuts and Dates

Snack: A Fruit

Lunch: Vegetable Soup

Snack: Smoothie

Dinner: Chicken with pesto

Try eating at regular times for a better working digestion system.

And remember, when the 3 day detox diet is over, not to over eat the products that you've been avoiding for three days.
