These six portions of food will normally work according to this plan:

Starting of with breakfast at 8:00

Snack time at 10:00 will consist of for example a fruit.

Lunch 12:00

Snack 15:00

Snack 20:00

If you have different time schedule you will have to fit this around what suits you the best.

Every day your body will need for you to eat a minimum of five portions of fruit and vegetables to maintain a healthy mineral and vitamin intake. Try to eat a variety of different colored fruit and vegetables since they all have various health benefits.
