Healthy side Dishes

There are a few different ways of making almond butter. You can either roast the almonds in the oven or prepare it raw (some nutritionists says that the almonds might loose a bit of its healthy components by roasting them).
Another option you’ve got is if you want to blanch the almonds or if you rather leave them as they are. By blanching the almonds you’ll get rid of the bitterness from the skin but also a lot of the vital antioxidants.
